One teardown found 21 problems their agency never mentioned.
The result
21
concrete issues found in one website teardown
The problem, in their words
"We had a website. It looked fine. But we honestly couldn't say what it had ever brought us — not one customer ever mentioned it."
What we did
-
Went through the site the way a customer would — on a phone, on mobile data, in a hurry — and noted every point of friction.
-
Measured what Google could actually see. Missing titles, no schema, pages the crawler couldn't reach.
-
Found the quiet killers — slow load, buried phone number, a contact form that had been silently failing.
-
Wrote it all up in plain words with a cost attached to each issue, so fixing became a business decision, not a tech lecture.
A teardown is how we start when a website already exists: no pitch, no redesign quote, just an honest list of what’s hurting and what each fix is worth in inquiries.
Sometimes the answer is “repair, don’t rebuild” — and when it is, we say so. That honesty is the product.
"Nobody had ever explained our own website to us before. Every point came with what it was costing us — that's what made it impossible to ignore."
