Websites that do nothing made me angry.

I started PSW because I kept seeing businesses pay good money for websites that did nothing.

Not broken websites. Worse — polite ones. They loaded, they had a nice photo of a handshake, and they sat there for years without bringing in a single customer. The owner paid, got a link to put in their email signature, and never heard from the agency again.

Meanwhile, I was on the other side of the fence — running Meta ad campaigns with real budgets. When you spend someone's ad money every day, you learn fast what makes a visitor enquire and what makes them leave. You can't hide behind "branding" when the cost per lead is on the screen.

That's the whole idea behind PSW Technologies. We build websites the way advertisers think: every page has a job, every job has a number. And because we also run the ads that bring people to those pages, we find out immediately whether the design actually works — with money on the line, not opinions.

PSW started in India, and we've brought the same approach to Sweden on purpose. Swedish business owners want exactly what we've always offered: a fixed price, a straight answer, and someone who replies to the email. And we don't think a good website should cost a small business three months of profit.
